2012 RANGE ROVER EVOQUE
The 2012 Range Rover Evoque 5-door version has made its First public debut in Los Angeles Auto Show.
Their are two version in Range Rover Evoque i.e. 5-Doors and the other is 2-Doors.
The 2012 Range Rover Evoque 5-door version is boosted with 2.0-liter Si4 turbo-charged 4cylinder engine with an output performance of 240Bhp.
The cabin of 2012 Range Rover Evoque is enhanced with space.
Permanent All-wheel drive.
Touch-screen display and surround-camera system.
The most efforts has been focused on the drive train, significant advances have been achieved throughout the car.
Key areas of attention included:
- Chassis – introduction of Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS), and adoption of low rolling resistance tires
- Electrical – smart regenerative charging system to capture wasted energy during vehicle deceleration, and use of mist sensing heated windshield
- Interior – use of clutchless air compressors in air conditioning system
- Body design – low aerodynamic drag through smaller frontal area and detailed optimization
- Reduction of engine internal friction through low friction coatings
- Automatic transmission – gear train optimization, advanced idle control, adoption of low viscosity transmission fluid
