Lexus has announced the pricing for its new 2010 HS 250h, the company’s first dedicated hybrid luxury car that gets an EPA-estimated ratings of 35 mpg city and 34 mpg on the highway for a combined 35 mpg on regular 87-octane gasoline.
Prices start at $34,200 for the standard model and $36,970 for the Premium model. The standard 2010 Lexus HS 250h includes leather seats, 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with an 8-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, a 10-speaker system with a 6-disc CD changer, Bluetooth connectivity for phone and music streaming, satellite radio (with 90-day trial), USB/ iPod connectivity and 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels. The Premium 2010 HS 250h 18 inch wheels, rain-sensing windshield wipers, heated exterior mirrors, wood trim, memory seats, and more. Lexus is also offering the optional 6-generation navigation system with its Remote Touch controller.
Power for the 2010 Lexus HS 250h the company’s first 4-cylinder 2.4L Atkinson engine mated to the Lexus Hybrid Drive System. Mated to a CVT transmission, the HS 250h produces a total of 187-hp allowing it to go from 0 to 60 mph in 8.4 seconds.
