Toyota HC-CV in the Melbourne Motor Show


In front of Australia began producing Toyota Camry Hybrid and to publish, Toyota created the HC-CV on display at the 2009 Melbourne International Motor Show. This concept car is basically the 2010 Camry Hybrid with a modification in the future, new alloy wheels and leather seats with the new wave such as graphic logos Hybrid Synergy Drive.

HC-CV The launch marks countdown countdown 12 hours before the launch of the first hybrid car made in Australia. President and CEO of Toyota Australia, Max Yasuda said HC-CV Toyota became the most important model in the expo.

Camry Hybrid uses the four-cylinder engine combined with the strength of electric motor. Combination of two sources of energy that generate power with a total of more conventional models, and at the same time the fuel efficiency is better.

Toyota is the only car manufacturer that produces four-cylinder engine in Australia. Toyota Australia has been producing the Camry in the country since 22 years ago. Camry is the best-selling car in Australia for 15 years and is the main export Toyota Australia.
