GM selling Hummer to China

General Motors' Hummer brand has been sold to the Chinese Heavy Industrial Machinery Builder Tengzhon Sichuan. There is no detail in the transaction, but the total transaction is 150 million U.S. dollars. According to bankruptcy documents GM, Hummer brand can actually be worth 500 million U.S. dollars. Hummer is a brand that is famous for a solid SUV king. During the year 2009 sales fell to 69%, and a record for the car industry.
Tengzong will take over brands and manufacturers, but by 2011 GM still makes a model H2, H3 and H3T. Hummer sales are sales of GM's first brand, GM is still planning to sell the brand Pontiac, Saturn, Saab. Meanwhile, GMC, Buick, Cadillac and Chevrolet will be maintained.
